Booking Terms & Conditions

TURNAROUND TIME:

Clients will receive image proofs within 3 days of their shoot.

All the untouched photos proofs are for the client to review and select for retouching. Raw or untouched images ARE NOT included all images will have watermarks (without the watermark it's $10 per image or $100 for the full session without watermark).

The final retouched images will be delivered via download within 14 business days edit Turnaround ( 20 Business day for brands ) , the period BEGINS after the edits are selected via the Photo Gallery by client and photographer is notified via EMAIL.

LATE POLICY:

Photoshoot time begins at the agreed appointed time. If the client arrives more than 20 minutes late, a fee of $50 will be added to their final invoice. If the client is late, their session time will be shorter. If the client wishes to extend their session to the original time (subject to studio and photographer availability), they will be charged an additional $50 per hour and any late fees. If the client does not request extra time, their photoshoot session will end at the scheduled appointment time.

BOOKING:

To reserve a booking date, a deposit is required. The deposit will be applied to the final bill (All deposits are non-refundable) and the remaining balance will be due 12 hours prior to the date he/she has booked or the day of your shoot. No booking is complete until Zavier De’Angelo Photography LLC receives the deposit from Client and Client agree to Terms & Conditions. Balance of the booking , which is based on the service , plus any additional add ons fees in case of time extension and other applicable charges (Looks , additional edits ) are to be paid via Square or Zelle right after the shoot session.

PAYMENT:

(A) Timing. Zavier De’Angelo Photography LLC must receive payment from Client in full at least 12 hours prior to the date he/she has booked or the day of the shoot.

(B) Amount. In exchange of services you agree to compensate Zavier De’Angelo Photography LLC balance on file. If you have not payed your final balance 12 hours prior to the date he/she has booked or the day of the shoot, you authorize  Zavier De’Angelo Photography LLC to bill / charge  your card on file for the remainder balance.

Traveling Clients

For our esteemed clients traveling from afar to collaborate with Zavier Photography:

We advise you to pack an extra ensemble, considering Florida's unpredictable weather for outdoor shoots. Bringing additional wardrobe options ensures flexibility for both outdoor and studio sessions.

In the event of weather challenges during on-location shoots like the beach or lifestyle settings, we present two alternatives:

Option One: Opt for a reschedule to capture your moments during your next visit to town. ( You have up to 6 months to reschedule )

Option Two: Embrace the convenience of a professional studio setting, providing a seamless transition for your envisioned photography experience.

Reschedule Policy

To ensure a seamless collaboration, kindly notify the photographer 48 hours in advance if a reschedule is needed. Failure to do so may incur a rescheduling/studio time fee when rebooking on the same day as your initial session.

In the event of rescheduling, please note the following:

All rebooking must be completed within 30 days of the original session, or at the photographer's discretion, with the new date provided at the time of cancellation.

1st Reschedule : Rebooking is permitted without additional fees if done within the 48-hour cancellation timeframe.

2nd Reschedule: To secure the next available date without forfeiting your deposit, full payment is required at the time of cancellation/rebooking.

3rd (or more) Reschedule: Alongside the guidelines for the second reschedule, a supplementary $150 fee per cancellation is applicable for rescheduling, payable at the time of rescheduling.

Refund Policy

In the unlikely event of camera failure or any unforeseen incident preventing Zavier De’Angelo from capturing your scheduled session, rest assured that a new date will promptly be scheduled, or you will receive a refund of your deposit, if applicable.

Please note that refunds will not be granted under any circumstances if you fail to attend the activity on the specified date and time of your booking. Given the irreversible nature of digital photography, once the transaction is completed and you’ve received the correct photograph, our policy is strictly no refunds.

Zavier De’Angelo maintains a stringent NO REFUNDS POLICY to uphold the integrity of our photographic transactions. Once the transaction is finalized – where the buyer has chosen and paid for the photo, and Zavier De’Angelo has dispatched the accurate photograph – it becomes non-refundable.

In the event of a buyer inadvertently selecting an incorrect photo, timely notification to Zavier De’Angelo is crucial before receiving the "incorrect" photograph. Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as personal preferences or selecting the wrong photo after delivery. However, if a mistaken photo is documented on the invoice, Zavier De’Angelo is committed to promptly delivering the correct photo to the buyer at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is our commitment.
