Model Release / Collaboration Agreement

Retouching:

After Zavier provides the model with the selected edits, the model is welcome to apply their own personal retouching on top of Zavier's original edits. However, Zavier will retain his original versions, and the model’s retouched versions will not be used by Zavier. Both parties will keep their respective versions, acknowledging that this collaboration allows for individual creative expression and personal preferences.

Videos / Video Reel :

Zavier De’Angelo invests considerable time and expertise in curating and editing video reels, including selecting and syncing the perfect music. Models are welcome to add their own music overlay to the videos; however, Zavier will retain and maintain his original version of the video

Both parties are entitled to keep and use their respective versions, reflecting their personal creative preferences as part of this collaboration.

Please note: Most video content produced will be featured on our YouTube platform. Once published, it cannot be removed.

In the event that a model or collaborator requests the removal of photos or videos from any public platform after the collaboration, a removal fee of $150 will be required. As our photos and videos are often monetized on platforms like Instagram and YouTube, this fee compensates for the time, effort, and potential future earnings invested in the content. This clause ensures fairness, recognizing that the collaboration followed agreed-upon guidelines, including the selection and editing of images by the model or collaborator

Image Selections:

Image Selections: Zavier grates maximum 2-3 edits per outfit change on a collaboration any extra selection will be a fee . Both Zavier and the model can select their own preferred images from the shoot. However, just because one party selects certain images doesn’t mean the other will agree with those choices. Each party can select images independently without complications or issues, recognizing that tastes and preferences may differ due to the collaborative nature of the shoot.

I, the undersigned, agree that ownership and copyrights of the Content will be equally shared, with 50% belonging to Angelo Lumas (Zavier De’Angelo Photography LLC, DBA Bleu Frame Studio) and 50% to myself. All rights are shared between the Photographer/Filmmaker and me.

This release is binding on my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. It is irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, and governed by the laws closest to my address: New York, Alberta, England, Australia, or New Zealand. In consideration of the value received, I hereby irrevocably grant the Photographer/Filmmaker the perpetual, worldwide, and transferable right to license, reproduce, distribute, display, and otherwise utilize the Content in any and all forms of media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for any lawful purpose, excluding uses that are pornographic or defamatory in nature. Such authorized purposes expressly include, but are not limited to, advertising, marketing, promotional activities, and commercial exploitation. Additionally, the Photographer/Filmmaker may incorporate the Content into personal or artistic projects, including but not limited to physical and digital prints, social media platforms, YouTube productions, and other similar endeavors. The Content may also be combined with other media or materials and may be modified, edited, or altered at the sole discretion of the Photographer/Filmmaker, provided such modifications do not constitute a defamatory or unlawful representation. I consent to the publication of my ethnicity as noted below, with the understanding that other ethnicities may be associated with me for descriptive purposes. My personal information will not be publicly disclosed but may be used in connection with licensing the Content. This information may be shared with sub-licensees or assignees and transferred to countries with varying data protection laws.

Credit: All collaborators must be credited in any post. This is beneficial for everyone involved.
